All sales are final and refunds will only be provided if within 30 days of receiving the goods that they are wrong or faulty. Damaged goods will only be replaced by sending photographic evidence by email within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund application once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect an outcome within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Should the product be damaged on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact page. We will organise with you to return the item for assessment. After assessment, we will approve a repair, a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are warranted against defects in manufacturing or materials over the reasonable life of the item.
We can’t deliver to a Post Office box or any address which looks suspicious to us. We only deliver within New Zealand and Australia, we use top quality couriers. Delivery timeframes will be advised at the time of payment*.
